The name of the website that I have chosen to write about is called singshot. Basically what it is, is an on-line music program that lets you record your own voice to other artists’ music. You get to communicate with other people who use it and comment on their songs that they have recorded. So you must be a member, and once you sign up, you choose a song that you would like to sing to. The music will start playing while you start to sing, whether you have a good or bad voice it doesn’t matter. Anybody can use it because no matter how old or young you are, or how accurate or awful your voice may be, singshot accepts anybody and does not base it on who will be accepted by age. You can use this website to communicate with others, as well as, show off your talent, and receive either positive or negative criticism to help you become a better singer. Besides singing, this website allows you to make a profile, communicate with others, and enter contests to see if you can win with your song.
This allows you to communicate with others by expressing who you are by the music you listen to, and gives you a chance to tell others what you think of their style. By the feedback you receive, it enables you to make the next song better if the advice is good. The problems that this website could create is that each song is copyrighted, so unless it is okay to sing other artists songs on a website then the people that are on this and use it, can get in trouble. Also, someone can steal your song or make a song that isn’t their voice, so they are not using this website the proper way it’s supposed to be used. Communication is one of the main points that this website is up, for people to comment each other and learn more about the other person. They work together to develop a great song and tell your friends about it so they can join in.
Personally, I like this site because it gives you a chance to express yourself, as well as to show an undiscovered talent that you want to get out to the world. This gives you a chance to get to know others as well get to know yourself. This is a great way to start out if you want to become a big singer, you must start small and work your way up to the place you are trying to reach. This site has every type of music on it, whether it is pop, country, disco, rock, hip hop, or any other type that you like. Duets are available, so if there was a song that you have wanted to sing, you can pick a partner or friend and give it a shot. Feedback and ratings are shown, as well as how many times the song has been played, and messages that you received about your song are all included. You can put up an image of yourself in your profile if you like, but it is not required to have one. Creating your own contest is available for the people who are interested in doing something like this. You are able to store your favourite songs and see if you have fans, and if so, you can see who they are.

The second website that I have chosen is named Cuts. This is a great place to create a whole new directors cut, by editing features of your favourite movie or show. By editing features, you may skip scenes instead of having to fast forward to your favourite part, mute the audio for inappropriate language that is being used or hide your video. All ages can use this program to make the videos they want or boring videos, fun! They can share them with family, friends or even the rest of the world to see and can rate other “directors” to help them make it better. Making a new end or a new beginning to a video or even making a whole new video that no one has even come up with is possible. Anything is possible on this website for movie making even if you are just playing around with it. If there is a movie that is not meant for kids to see, parents can take out scenes, mute language or re-arrange the movie, so it can be accessible for their child.
Your whole family can work together on creating, editing or assembling a random trivia. It gives you a chance to communicate ideas with people and receive feedback on other people’s opinions. You can share movies and compose new experiences that will be remembered. I think that there aren’t many problems that this website can create because it is meant for you to do whatever you want to a movie and edit it in any way you choose to. It is meant to explore your imagination and your ideas of a new movie and sharing them with the rest of the world. The only problem that I can see it creating is that you would edit a movie to look exactly like somebody else’s.
This website can solve the problem of children having to listen to profanity in movies or shows by muting the audio or skipping a scene. This will do this automatically by using this website so you won’t have to be there with your child every time they want to watch it. It gives you a chance to make up movie ideas, as well as testing your ability of being a director if that is what you are interested in for the future. It gives you a sense of what it’s like to be a director, and it opens up new ideas for more movies. I think this is a fantastic website for all its qualities and uses that you may get out of it. It opens up so many opportunities and expands some skills on your creative side. It is hard to start a movie from scratch, this already gives you a story and actors/actresses that you can work with over the computer. It is a fun and different way to examine the movie making world and I think that’s terrific.

What Communication Means Communication is the sharing of ideas, news or information, by using symbols, gestures, and/or spoken or written words. The world today has a variety of forms of communications that are so much more sophisticated than 20 years ago. Currently, instead of writing letters and sending them off to a post office and waiting for the other person to receive it after a couple of weeks, you can send an e-mail or message to them in a matter of seconds. This world has been changing drastically throughout the years, and technology is becoming much more complex. Communication can be seen between two or more people by either engaging on a conversation, sending words through e-mail, messaging each other by either a cell phone or computer, maybe just talking over the phone. Phones are becoming more advanced in many ways such as; knowing who is calling before picking it up, blocking calls, storing different phone numbers into the telephone, remembering who has already called and at what time and even three way calling. Calling someone can be very simple and it’s a good way to communicate with family and friends around the world. Communication is everywhere, and a lot of the times we don’t even realize it’s there. Advertising is one of these ways. The sellers of these products are trying to get the message out to the world and to get people to buy it. The media is always communicating with us, whether it is on television, radio or magazines. It sends out its message and makes people think things that are not correct. Communicating with someone doesn’t always mean talking or writing, it can also be by sign language or using brail. Different people communicate in unlike ways and it is interesting to learn these sorts of customs.

My name is Rachel and I am 15 years old. I was born in Mississauga on May 1st, 1991 in Credit Valley Hospital. I have one older brother who is now in University and early attended Holy Trinity. I used to own a hampster, but it died when i was in grade 6. At the present time I own a fish named Fido. My interests include playing basketball and volleyball on a regular basis, shopping, hanging out with my friends, going out places, traveling, learning new instruments, dancing, and listening to music. I take pleasure in many more activities, but there are too many to say. I have been playing the piano for about 10 years now, I have decided to learn guitar this year and I am thinking about learning the drums.
